I've made big batch of cookie dough. I tried making oen cookie with it and it was really greasy. I haven't added all the chocolate chips yet, and the recipe I veganised it from called for one egg and one egg yolk, I just used a double quantity of egg replacer ( Read more... )

These were outlandishly delish. Soft & squishy & a little cakey. Maybe I was a bit enthusiastic with the cinnamon (big surprise) but otherwise, holy nom.
